- Ten years: Monolith series exposed flush tanks
- Five years: Mechanical switches
- Five years: Internal flush tank components (inlet and outlet valves)
- Two years: Electronic keys
Warranty cancellation conditions
- Unexpected events such as floods/earthquakes/wars and construction accidents
- Repair/change in settings and replacement of parts by people other than Sadra Idea Designers Company technicians
- Damages and defects caused by impact, drilling, use of industrial tools, etc. to the flush tank
- Using industrial and unusual detergents for keys
