It plays a key role in the construction and development of luxury interior projects. In this role, you will be responsible for designing new products, preparing accurate execution plans, designing functional and unique layouts for clients' kitchens, as well as selecting and organizing materials and finishes that shape the visual language of our brand.

- Product Design and System Development
- Designing cabinet systems, hardware, and kitchen modules in alignment with the brand's visual language
- Developing ideas from concept to prototype with a focus on functionality and manufacturability.
- Technical drawings and execution plans.
- Preparing precise and executable drawings in AutoCAD software for custom and modular kitchen systems.
- Close collaboration with the production team to ensure technical accuracy and manufacturability.
- Kitchen layout design.
- Designing ergonomic layouts tailored to customer needs using brand modules.
- Attending client meetings to understand their needs and provide practical solutions.
- Selecting materials and finishes.
- Researching and selecting materials, finishes, and textures appropriate for the project and design trends.
- Communicating with suppliers to obtain samples and document materials.
- Collaboration and coordination between teams.
- Collaboration with the render team, sales, and project manager to ensure smooth and professional project execution.
- Regular documentation and participation in the development of internal documents and standards.
- Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Product Design (Industrial Design), Interior Architecture, or related fields.
- Experience in kitchen design, furniture, or luxury interior projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory) – Familiarity with modeling software such as SketchUp, Rhino, or SolidWorks is a plus.
- Familiarity with technical details, connections, and kitchen ergonomics.
- Strong design vision, understanding of proportions, and combination of unique materials.
- Familiarity with modular kitchen systems (European/Italian brands).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks.
- Strong communication skills and team spirit.
- Desirable skills (not mandatory but considered an advantage).
- Familiarity with rendering software (V-Ray, Enscape, or similar).
- Awareness of factory production processes and design for manufacturability (DFM).
- Knowledge of sustainable materials and innovative mechanisms.
