- Five years: Mechanical switches
- Five years: Internal parts of the flush (water supply and drain)
- Two years: Electronic keys
Warranty cancellation conditions
- Unexpected events such as floods/earthquakes/wars and construction accidents
- Repair/change in settings and replacement of parts by people other than Sadra Idea Designers Company technicians
- Damage and defects caused to the flash tank due to impact drilling, use of industrial tools, etc.
- Using industrial and unusual detergents for keys
